Our Story

The chef ventured out to make a living at something he likes to do... barbeque! Coming from a long line of Texans, it came natural. Perfecting his talent and taking it on the road.

"What started as fun in the backyard, grew to be a life's passion. It started in Forth Worth in front of night clubs. Now here in Santa Fe we do eleven events yearly and love every minute of it! We do Texas style barbeque and a house special potato salad that has been referred to as world class."  David James
