Power 5 BBQ is your neighborhood food truck. We have been in business in beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico for almost 5 years. Unlike most food trucks in the area, we serve Texas style brisket, pulled pork, ribs, sausage and chicken all smoked to tender perfection.
